I have been baking for more than ten years, and every cake still starts from scratch. Italian Cream and Hummingbird are Southern classics that I love making.
For a long time my cakes reached people through a restaurant and word of mouth. Now you can order straight from me, for birthdays, showers, weddings and every ordinary Saturday, with pickup in Long Beach or delivery along the coast.
